Farvahar Partners originates, structures and sells both primary and secondary private securities transactions on behalf of its corporate and alternative asset manager clients. These activities include, but are not limited to, preparing and developing marketing plans and actively distributing the offering to potential institutional investors.

In order to help bridge the gap between venture and later-stage funding rounds, Farvahar Partners invests partner capital in growth businesses which further aligns the Firm's interests with our clients and investors. Moreover, drawing on a global network of institutional buyers and sellers, Farvahar Partners provides access into hard-to-source private placements in companies and liquidity for company management and insiders.  

History

The Faravahar is one the best known symbols of the glorious Persian Empire. It symbolizes good thoughts, good words and good deeds which were the basic tenets and principles of the Empire. Our Firm has adopted this mantra as our maxim.
